Introducing Passing Notes, this coffee is a screamer. Over the years, we've developed a strong relationship with Wilton Benitez, the grower of this coffee, a big reason why we buy so much coffee from him. We don't see many roasters using his incredible coffees here in Australia, and as it goes, 'be the change that you wish to see in the world' or something like that.

Big notes of candied stonefruits right up front, with seriously chocolatey undertones that develop as the coffee cools off. Supremely delicious, we're stoked to be sharing this with you as we venture into the cooler months of the year here in Melbourne.
