We take a look at a traditional coffee with Minimal Contact, our first release for the summer. This is a Bourbon coffee varietal that has undergone a washed process.

From Cauca, Colombia, this is a sweet brew with all the characteristics that we love in a washed coffee. Super clean, rounded body and a touch juicy. 

Minimal Contact borrows its name from the wine world, where wine makers in search of delicious, natural wines intervene as little as possible to let the honest flavours and terroir shine through. We are on that very same quest with Minimal Contact
